Windar Polska is the result a strategic response to the continuous growth of the wind energy sector across Europe, particularly in Central and Eastern European markets. The company was created as the Polish subsidiary of Windar Renovables with the aim of strengthening the group’s industrial capacity and positioning it closer to key areas of wind energy development, both onshore and offshore.
Windar Polska operates through two specialized subsidiaries
Facility in Szczecin, focused on the manufacturing of offshore wind towers, and another in Legnica, dedicated to the production of onshore wind towers. This dual structure allows the company to effectively address the specific demands of both segments, reinforcing its role as a key industrial partner within the wind energy value chain.
The creation of Windar Polska reflects the group’s commitment to international expansion and to building a strong, competitive supply chain within the region. Through its operations in Poland, the company contributes to meeting the increasing demand for wind turbine components, consolidating Windar’s presence in one of the most dynamic markets in the sector.

Windar opens its first international factory in Gujarat (India), inaugurates a new tower factory in Gijón (Spain), and secures its first offshore tower project with Siemens Wind Power for Borkum Riffgat.
Windar establishes Torrebras in Bahia (Brazil), expanding manufacturing capacity across the Latin American market.
Windar enters the United States with Windar Tower and Services and opens the TAE3 manufacturing facility in Avilés for towers and offshore substructures.
A joint venture with Navantia is launched to deliver offshore foundations, while Windar Offshore is created to strengthen the company’s offshore business.
Windar opens its Altamira factory in Mexico and partners with IDESA to manufacture transition pieces for the Merkur and Deutsche Bucht offshore wind farms.

The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to set out the WINDAR Group’s commitment to the ethical conduct and transparency that all its professionals and members of the value chain must comply with in their relations with the companies that make up the WINDAR Group. It also aims to be the reference guide for fulfilling the WINDAR Group’s Mission and Vision and to ensure that decision-making and results conform to the legal obligations of companies.
This Code of Ethics was created in 2024, allowing more direct address of the ethical issues that are very relevant today for WINDAR, and for its insertion in society in general, in such complex and demanding times.
