As part of Windar’s global network of 12 facilities, Windar Polska operates two manufacturing facilities in Szczecin and Legnica.

Meet Pelayo Berjano, CEO of Windar Polska.For more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry, Pelayo has built an international career leading teams and operations across different markets. Before becoming CEO of Windar Polska, he served as Country Manager in both Russia and Brazil, where he gained valuable experience managing multicultural teams while driving business growth in complex industrial projects.
These experiences have shaped a leadership based on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Today, Pelayo leads Windar Polska with a clear focus on people, innovation, and sustainable growth. Together with the team, he is strengthening the company’s position in the wind industry while contributing to the energy transition and creating long-term value for customers, partners, and communities.
