Warehouse Lead (f/m/x)
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement Lean Warehousing principles.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of warehouse documentation.
- Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Manage inventory, including raw materials, consumables, spare parts, machinery, and PPE.
- Monitor material movements and inventory transactions.
- Supervise unloading, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and Logistics departments.
- Control warehouse costs and optimize inventory levels.
- Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes.
- Operate and oversee warehouse management systems.
- Ensure workplace organization in accordance with 5S principles.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
