HSE Manager (f/m/x)

Lead and coordinate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities across the organization.
Conduct workplace audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, standards, and management systems.
Perform occupational risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, identifying root causes and recommending corrective measures.
Participate in projects related to the safety of installations, machinery, and equipment.
Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) programs, including workwear and safety equipment.
Organize and conduct HSE training and awareness programs to strengthen the company’s safety culture.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and crisis management protocols.
Cooperate with external authorities, regulatory bodies, and auditors during inspections and compliance reviews.
Oversee the management of hazardous substances, ensuring their safe storage, transportation, and use.
Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for management.
Promote a proactive safety culture and support the implementation of 5S principles throughout the organization.
