Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise production operations to ensure timely execution of the production plan.
- Coordinate collaboration between company departments to ensure production continuity and achievement of business objectives.
- Initiate and implement process optimization activities.
- Analyze production performance and introduce improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and control production costs.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Oversee the proper operation of machinery and equipment, including maintenance and repair schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the production area.
- Participate in audits, inventories, and internal inspections.
- Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify operational risks and respond promptly to production incidents and unexpected events.
- Lead, develop, and train production employees while evaluating their performance.
